Capital Mountain, CO + Pecos wilderness, NM

A multi-stop trip in both Colorado and New Mexico. Original plan was a three night stay Maroon Bells Reservation. Lack of permits due to COVID restrictions forced a literal change of plans after arrival. Spent only two nights in the Capital Mountain area - cut short due to early winter storm warning. Traveled to Pecos Wilderness near Santa Fe, NM and due to nearby wildfire, I cut the two night stay to one. Still a beautiful and wonderful trip.
